Case study

A construction website built to win work, not just look the part.

FinishedWebsite & Lead generationConstruction

Inox Construction needed more than a page online. We built them a website designed to turn visitors into real enquiries, and set up the lead generation to bring the right people to it. Built and handed over for them to run themselves.

The starting point

Where Inox started

Inox Construction already had a website, but it was old and doing nothing for them. Like a lot of good builders, they were getting work mostly through word of mouth, with nothing bringing in new enquiries on its own.

They came to me to fix that properly, not just to freshen up the look. So we didn’t patch the old site. We rebuilt the whole thing from scratch, starting with the groundwork most people skip.

What we built

What we built, in the right order

We built it from the foundation up, the same order I build everything.

01

The research

I looked at Inox’s market and their competitors and worked out who they needed to reach, and what would actually make that person get in touch.

02

The copy

I wrote the copy before anything was designed, because the message is what does the convincing. The design’s job is to carry it, not cover for it.

03

The website

We designed and built the whole site from scratch around that copy. A proper site built to turn a visitor into an enquiry, not just to look the part.

04

The leads

With the site ready to convert, we switched on Meta lead generation ads to bring the right people to it. The site caught them, and the enquiries started coming in.

The outcome

The result

Here are the real numbers, nothing rounded up to look better.

$955
Meta ad spend
24
Qualified leads
$39.82
Cost per lead

We spent $955 on Meta ads. That brought in 24 qualified leads, at $39.82 each. For a construction business, those enquiries turned into enough work that Inox had a good problem: they had plenty on, so they switched the ads off.

That’s the honest end to this one. It’s marked Finished because that’s exactly what they wanted: a site and a lead system built and handed over, running when they need it and paused when they don’t. Everything is theirs, on their own accounts, to turn back on whenever they like.

There’s a wider lesson in this one, and it’s worth saying plainly. You don’t need a huge website or a big marketing budget to get real work in the door. A focused site and less than a thousand dollars of well-run ads was enough to keep Inox busy. The trick was never spending more. It’s building the right thing and pointing it at the right people.

The review

In the client’s words

★★★★★

“Had Mihajlo from Poznan Digital rebuild our website and run some ads for us, and I’m really happy with how it all turned out. The site looks great and actually brought in real enquiries, we ended up with plenty of work off the back of it. He explained everything clearly and was easy to deal with the whole way through. If you’re a small business after more work, I’d recommend giving him a call.”

Want the same for your business?

If you’re a small business getting most of your work through word of mouth and you’d like something bringing in enquiries on its own, this is exactly the kind of thing I build. Start with a free teardown: I look at how you’re getting work now, show you where it’s leaking, and tell you the first thing I’d fix. You keep it either way. And if you want the whole thing built and run for you, I don’t get paid until it’s putting real enquiries in front of you.
