Apply for a founding slot
For Australian service business owners

At least 10 qualified appointments in your calendar in 30 days.
Or you don't pay me a cent.

I'll build and run your entire client-getting system for free. The ads, the pages, the instant follow-up, the booking. All of it. You fund your own ad spend, paid straight to the platform, never to me.

Miss the 10 and I work another 30 days free. Still miss it and you owe me nothing, and we part as friends.

Three founding slots. I need three Australian case studies more than I need your build fee.

A calendar filling with booked appointments
Who this is for

This isn't for everyone. Here's who it's for.

I've got three slots and one pair of hands. So I'd rather be honest about fit now than waste both our time later.

This is you
You run a service business in Australia, and your offer already closes paying clients. Maybe through referrals, word of mouth, walk-ins, or repeat business. It works. It just isn't reaching enough people.
You can fund your own ad spend, and you're committed to it for the full 30 days. Doesn't matter if you're already running ads or about to start for the first time.
You'll actually take the appointments I book you, and follow up the ones that need it.
You're happy to be a case study if it works. That's the trade for the free build.
This isn't you
You've never closed a paying client. If the market hasn't bought your offer yet, I can't guarantee appointments for it, and I won't pretend otherwise.
You can't fund ad spend, or you'll pull the budget after two weeks. Without spend behind it, the guarantee is unwinnable and we both lose.
You want leads but you won't work them. Ten appointments nobody turns up to isn't a win for either of us.
You want the work done but you don't want your name on the result. Fair enough. It's just not this offer.

If the left column is you, keep reading. If it's the right one, save yourself the call, and I'll save myself a slot.

The problem

The work is good. The calendar isn't full.

You're not stuck because you're bad at what you do. You're stuck because not enough of the right people know you exist, and the ones who do find you don't reliably become clients.

It usually looks like one of these two.

You're running ads.

You pay every month. Clicks come in. A few leads come in. Barely any become clients. So you swap the creative and raise the budget, and nothing changes.

"I been paying $680 A month now for 4 months, accepting leads left right and centre and nothing!"
You're not running ads.

You live on referrals and word of mouth. Lovely, until it goes quiet. You can't switch it on. You can't decide on Monday that you need ten new clients by Friday. Good months are luck. Slow months are frightening.

"I have to work twice as hard now than I ever used to."
Two broken funnels feeding the same empty calendar

Either way, the result is the same. You don't control how many clients come through the door. You hope. And hope is a slow way to work yourself into the ground.

"I am here from 4.30 in the morning until about 5 at night, six days a week."
The reframe

It was never the ads. It's that nobody built the whole path.

Here's what almost nobody selling you marketing wants to say.

Getting a client isn't one thing. It's a path a stranger walks, from never having heard of you, all the way to sitting in your calendar with money ready to spend.

Every step on that path has to hand over cleanly to the next.

The ad has to lead somewhere that makes them act. The page has to actually capture them. Someone has to answer in seconds, not hours. The ones who aren't ready yet have to be followed up, for as long as it takes. The booking has to be easy, and it has to hold.

Miss any one of those and the person falls out. You never even know they were there.

The path from a stranger to a signed client, with steps missing and people falling through the gaps

Most businesses have built two or three steps and left the rest missing. A few posts. Maybe a website. Then nothing. So people climb on, hit a gap, and quietly disappear.

That's why more ad spend never fixes it. Pouring more strangers onto a path with holes in it just means you lose more of them, and you pay more for the privilege.

The fix isn't a better ad. It's the whole path, built once, with every step connected to the next.

That's what I build. And right now, I'll build it for you free.
What I build

What I build. All of it. Free.

Not a landing page. Not "ad management." The whole path, end to end, built once and running every day.

01

The ads that find the right people.

Not everyone. The small group near you most likely to need what you do.

02

The page that turns them into a lead.

One page, one job. No menu, no distractions. Just the thing they came for and an easy way to raise their hand.

03

Instant response, day or night.

The second someone raises their hand, they get a reply. Miss a call and they get a text back before they ring the next business. You will never again lose a client because you were on a job.

04

Follow-up that never forgets.

Most people don't book the first time. They get chased, gently, for as long as it takes. The ones who said "not now" come back when they're ready.

05

Booking straight into your calendar.

Interest turns into an appointment without a single back-and-forth email.

06

Reminders that make them show up.

A booked call is not a held call. Automatic reminders and a confirmation step, so the appointments you get are appointments that happen.

07

Tracking, and a one-page report.

Every month, in plain English: what we spent, what you got back, what's changing next month, and why. No 30-slide deck. No dashboard you'll never log into.

08

And you own all of it.

Every account and every asset sits on your domain and in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, it keeps running without me.

The complete connected system: a stranger enters and a booked appointment comes out

That's the whole system. Normally it's a $2,500 build. For the three founding clients, it's free.

What it costs

What this costs you. The straight answer.

No discovery call needed to find out the number. Here it is.

The build

The whole system, every piece above. Normally $2,500.

$0
Management, until it works

Running it, tuning it, fixing it. Normally $1,500 a month. Until I put at least 10 qualified appointments in your calendar.

$0
Your ad spend

This is the one thing you actually pay, and you don't pay it to me. It goes straight from your account to the ad platform. What that budget needs to be depends on your market and what you're chasing, so we work it out together on the call. If you're already running ads, this is money you're spending anyway. If you're not, it's simply what attention costs, and it would be the same with any agency on earth.

Paid to the platform, not to me
Your call
Once it's working

To keep it running. Month to month. No lock-in, no exit fee, cancel any time, and you keep every asset.

$1,500 / mo
Total you pay me to get started
$0

The honest bit.

Now let me be straight about the one risk you do carry.

You're funding the ads. If I miss the target, you pay me nothing, but you will have spent money on advertising. I'm not going to pretend otherwise, because you've probably been sold "risk free" before by someone who was being slippery about it.

What I will say is this. I only take on businesses where I'm confident the numbers work. If I'm not confident, I'll tell you on the call and we won't start. I'd rather leave a slot empty than take your ad budget on a maybe.

The guarantee

The guarantee. In writing.

At least 10 qualified appointments in your calendar within 30 days.

Day 0

The first lead enters your funnel. The clock starts here, not the day you sign, so nothing on my side gets to quietly run down the clock.

Day 30

Got at least 10 qualified appointments? It worked. We keep going at $1,500 a month.

Haven't? Then I keep working. Free. For another 30 days.

Day 60

Still not there? You owe me nothing, and we part as friends. No invoice, no hard feelings.

The floor, not the ceiling.

Ten is the number I'll put in writing. It's the floor, not the ceiling. The system doesn't stop at ten, it keeps running and it keeps producing. But ten is what I'll stake the entire engagement on, because a guarantee you can't count isn't a guarantee.

Why I can promise it.

Two reasons. I build the whole path before a single ad runs, so nothing goes live until everything downstream is ready to catch it. And I only take three clients at a time, so you get all of me, not a slice of me.

The conditions.

The guarantee holds as long as you hold up your end:

You fund the ad spend we agree on, for the full window.
You return approvals within two business days.
You take the appointments I book you.
You follow up the ones that need following up.

That's not fine print. It's just the truth. I can put people in your calendar. I can't make you turn up.

Why it's free

Why it's free. The honest answer.

You're waiting for the catch. Good. You should be.

So here it is, plainly.

I'm not new to this work. Ten years in digital marketing, four of them running my own agency in Belgrade, thousands of leads generated for service businesses across just about every industry you can name.

But I am new to Australia. And here, I've got nothing to point at when a business owner asks the only question that matters: "who have you done this for around here?"

That's a real problem, and money doesn't fix it. I could charge three clients $2,500 each, and I'd be $7,500 richer and still have nothing to show anyone.

So I'd rather buy the proof.

Three founding clients. I build the whole system free. I run it free until it works. And in exchange, if it works, I get to put your name and your numbers on my website.

That's the whole trade. You get a system you'd normally pay for. I get the one thing I can't buy any other way.

It isn't charity, and it isn't a foot in the door for some upsell you'll find out about later. It's a fair swap between two people who each have something the other needs.

When the three slots are gone, the price goes back to $2,500.
The comparison

How this compares.

I'll be fair to the alternatives. A good agency isn't a scam, plenty of them do solid work. Doing it yourself is genuinely possible. And doing nothing is a real choice a lot of owners quietly make. Here's the honest side by side.

Run your eye down the "if it doesn't work" row. That's the whole argument.

Everywhere else, a failure costs you money. Here, it costs me.

How it works

How it works.

Here's exactly what happens, and how little of it falls on you.

Step 1

The call. 30 minutes.

We go through your business, your numbers, and what you're actually chasing. I tell you straight whether I think I can hit the number. If I can't, I'll say so, and we stop there.

Your time30 minutes.
Step 2

I build it. About four to five weeks.

The ads, the pages, the instant response, the follow-up, the booking, the reminders. All of it. You do nothing except approve copy and creative when I send it, and that takes minutes, not hours.

Your timeA couple of hours, spread over a few weeks.
Step 3

We go live.

The ads switch on. The first lead enters your funnel. That's Day 0, and the 30-day clock starts from there.

Your timeNone.
Step 4

The appointments start landing.

They book straight into your calendar. You get a reminder before each one. All you do is turn up and do the thing you're already good at.

Your timeThe appointments themselves.
Step 5

Day 30.

At least 10 qualified appointments in your calendar? It worked, and we keep going. Not there yet? I keep working, free, for another 30 days.

Your timeNone.

A note on the build time.

Four to five weeks might sound slow when everyone else promises ads live next Tuesday. It's deliberate. Ads go last, on purpose. Nothing switches on until every step downstream is built and tested to catch what the ads bring in. That's exactly why I can guarantee the number, and exactly why I won't rush it.

Total effort on your side: a 30-minute call and a couple of hours of approvals. Then you show up to the appointments. The rest is mine.

Your side of the deal

What I need from you.

A free build isn't a free ride. If I'm carrying all the money risk, I need to know you'll carry your end. It's four things, and none of them are hard.

Fund the ad spend, and don't pull it.

Whatever we agree on the call needs to hold for the full window. If you stop the ads at week two, the system has nothing to work with, and the guarantee dies with it.

Approve things within two business days.

I'll send you copy and creative. You tell me yes, or tell me what to change. Two business days, that's all I ask. Every day an approval sits in your inbox is a day off the clock.

Take the appointments.

I can put people in your calendar. I can't turn up for you. If half of them are wasted because nobody was there, that isn't a marketing problem.

Let me tell your story.

If it works, I want your name, your numbers, and a few honest words about how it went. That's the trade for the free build. If you're not comfortable with that, this isn't the right offer, and there's no hard feelings.

That's the deal. I carry all the money risk. You bring the ad budget, and you turn up.

Mihajlo Poznan, founder of Poznan Digital, working at his laptop
Who I am

Who you're actually dealing with.

I'm Mihajlo. And I'm the only person you'll ever deal with here. No account manager. No team you never meet. No junior who inherits you the moment the sale is closed.

Ten years in digital marketing and e-commerce. Before Australia, I was Head of Marketing and Sales at an e-commerce startup in Belgrade, where I helped land national partnerships with names like Zepter. I worked as a marketing and sales consultant at an e-commerce software company, generating leads and turning them into paying clients. Somewhere in there I built a booking platform for Belgrade restaurants from scratch, because I wanted to understand how the software behind a funnel actually works, not just how to run ads at it.

Then I ran my own agency, Poznan Solutions, for four years. Thousands of leads for service business owners across just about every industry you can name: physios, dentists, restaurants, beauty salons, fitness studios, legal practices, accountants, real estate agents, consultants.

Across all of it, the same lesson kept repeating. The businesses that grew weren't the ones with the cleverest single tactic. They were the ones where every step connected, where no lead fell through a gap.

That's why I build the whole system, and why I build it alone. One person from strategy to launch means no handoffs, and handoffs are where clients get lost. Capacity is capped at three at a time so the quality doesn't get thin. If something breaks, you talk to me, and I was in the room when the decision was made.

I'm new to Australia. I'm not new to this.
FAQ

The questions you're already asking.

Is it really free, or is there a catch?+

It's really free. You pay me nothing to build it, and nothing to run it until it delivers. The one thing you do pay for is your own ad spend, and that goes straight to the ad platform, not to me. The catch, if you want to call it one, is that I want your name and your numbers as a case study if it works. That's the trade.

What counts as a qualified appointment?+

A real prospect from your target market and your service area, who booked through the funnel, who isn't already one of your customers, and who meets the criteria we agree on the call. Spam bookings don't count. Existing clients don't count. We write the definition down before we start, so neither of us can move the goalposts later.

How much ad spend do I need?+

It depends on your market and what you're chasing. We work the number out together on the call. If I think your budget can't support the guarantee, I'll tell you, and I won't take the slot.

I've never run ads before. Is this for me?+

Yes. What matters isn't whether you've advertised, it's whether your offer already closes paying clients. If people buy from you through referrals or word of mouth, the offer works, it just isn't reaching enough people. That's exactly what this fixes. And you skip the setup fee every other agency would charge you to get started.

What if it doesn't work?+

Then I keep working, free, for another 30 days. If it still hasn't worked after that, you owe me nothing and we part as friends. You'll have spent money on ads, and I won't pretend otherwise, but you won't have paid me a cent.

Why only three?+

Because I build every system myself, and three at a time is the honest limit before quality starts to slip. It isn't a marketing tactic. If I took ten, I'd do a worse job for all ten, and I'd end up with ten mediocre case studies instead of three good ones.

What am I locked into?+

Nothing. Once the system delivers, it's $1,500 a month, month to month. No contract, no minimum term, no exit fee. Cancel any time and you keep the whole system, because it was always yours.

Who owns the accounts and the data?+

You do. Every account is set up in your name, on your domain, from day one. I'm added as a user, never the owner. If we part ways there's no handover, because it's already yours.

I've been burned by an agency before. Why should I trust you?+

You shouldn't. Not yet. Trust isn't something you hand a stranger on a landing page. What I can do is make it so that trusting me costs you nothing: no build fee, no management fee until it works, no lock-in, and you own everything from day one. If I'm no good, you'll find that out without paying me. That's the most honest answer I've got.

Three slots

Three slots. That's the whole thing.

01

03
Founding slot

I'm taking three founding clients. Not three this month. Three, full stop, until they're done and I've got the case studies I came here for.

When they're gone, this offer goes with them, and the build fee goes back to $2,500.

If you've read this far, you already know whether this is for you. So here's the last thing I'll say.

You're not risking money with me. You're risking a 30-minute call, and an ad budget you were going to spend anyway. And if I don't believe I can hit the number for your business, I'll tell you on that call, before you've spent a dollar.

Worst case

You spend half an hour and get an honest read on your business from someone who's been doing this for ten years.

Best case

Your calendar fills.
